Add support to UUID v7

Right now we can easily generate v4 UUIDs, this feature is kinda handy, but there's a small drawback, v4 UUIDs collums are bad when they are indexed, offering a huge performance penalty. It would be nice if SearORM could support v7 UUIDs and/or ULIDs.
