Feature Request: Add filters for earliest departure and latest arrival times #4

Hi there,
First of all, I want to say thank you for creating this amazing high-speed rail booking tool! It's incredibly convenient and has been a huge help. The code is well-written and the user experience is fantastic.
I have a feature request that I believe would make this tool even more powerful. I would love to have the ability to specify a time range for my search, specifically by setting an earliest departure time and a latest arrival time.
My use case:
Sometimes, I have a flexible schedule but need to arrive at my destination before a certain time for an appointment, or I prefer not to leave home too early in the morning. For example, I might want to find all available trains that depart after 9:00 AM and arrive before 5:00 PM.
