When try to install SearchApi in n8n it gives an Error

When try to install SearchApi it gives this error message:

Error loading package "@searchapi/n8n-nodes-searchapi" :Command failed: tar -xzf searchapi-n8n-nodes-searchapi-2.0.4.tgz -C

Thanks for reporting this. Could you please share which version of n8n you’re using, and confirm whether it’s self-hosted or n8n Cloud?

Also, let us know the exact steps you followed when installing the node.

In the meantime, the recommended way to install SearchApi is directly from the n8n nodes search. Since we’re a verified node, you can simply search for “SearchApi” inside n8n, click Install, and it should work right away.
