Adding increment as an option in the settings

That way, we can play games at fast time controls without risking time losses. Ideally this would be an option that is set to 0 by default, but can be changed during testing.

Maybe also add a time margin(the bot's timer can go x milliseconds below 0 before flagging)
Also, if increment is added to the final tournament it should also be added to the Timer class
