Function request: IsPassedPawn and HasPieceMoved

I feel like these, or something like them, should be built in functions (I'm sure there are much more efficient ways to do them, but... I'm not actually good at this. lmao)

thanks for posting those! IsPassedPawn could be super useful (If I can ever get my bot to do better than optimizing for the best play of the opponent)
