Addressable 4-bit memory module

I've spent a few hours messing around with stuff and have managed to make an addressable memory module with the ability to store four bits of data. I hope to move on to make a cpu like object with the final aims to create a fully digital computer. Maybe. Depending on the performance of my actual PC (I basically run on a potato).
