This document provides a description of the OCQA ontology, which is designed to represent knowledge about the domain of inspection planning in construction. The ontology for construction quality assurance outlines the organization, inspections, inspection equipment, inspection costs, failure cost and inspection procedures of an inspection plan. Additionally, the ontology uses SHACL to semi-automate various processes in inspection planning.
