Add support in Downloader & Uploader for multiple attachments (10) per message #90
Description
Once #89 is closed, we should change Uploader so it uploads 10 chunks per message instead of 1, and then add support in Downloader for getting multiple attachments per message. This will reduce the amount of API calls made to Discord, speeding up file actions and lowering the risk of getting rate limited by the API.
