Version does not get chosen correctly when version opt is undefined

In the documentation, it says the latest version of MySQL in the ```versions.json``` file will be downloaded and used. If version is undefined, a ```9.x``` release is retrieved. At the time of writing, 9.1.0 is the latest version of MySQL available so this is correct behaviour at the moment, but will not be when MySQL releases 10.x.
