Expose whether MySQL version was downloaded or is already installed on the system

In the object that is resolved by the ```createDB()``` promise, a property should be created to say whether the MySQL version used for the database was already installed on the system or if it was downloaded from the MySQL CDN.

The CLI invocation of this package should also show in the console whether the MySQL version was downloaded or is already installed.
