Grafana alarm for percentage change in monitor traffic

Hi community!

Has anyone tested out network baselining with SO grafana?
SO 2.3.130
Grafana 8.4.1
Legacy Grafana Alerting

My desire is this:
Grafana alarm rule looks at the current monitor interface traffic avg and compares it to another avg (say, the avg of the last 10 days)
and sends an alert if the difference is more than 20%

Let me know in the comments if you have ideas!
