Performance issues on endpoints with osquery/fleetdm agents. Possible needing to cap cpu/mem limits on OSQUERYD

Hi, I see docs on how to set the watchdog_level=1 which will use minimal cpu/mem on linux and windows. Does anyone know exactly where to set this settings? I've looked every where and not sure. Any direction would be helpful. Thanks so much.
