SHA256 Hash does not Match

After downloading the securityonion-2.4.20-20231012.iso hash value does not match the posted hash value of SHA256: 5D511D50F11666C69AE12435A47B9A2D30CB3CC88F8D38DC58A5BC0ECADF1BF5

Windows 10 , Fully updated
Powershell certutil
Same directory and verified with dir
Command: certutil -hashfile .\securityonion-2.4.20-20231012.iso sha256

I also followed the video below to ensure I'm doing everything correctly

Is this common before I spent hours troubleshooting something on my side that's not a problem.

Any feedback from the community will be helpful.

Self-Resolved I redownloaded the software.
The only difference in process was moving the file to a new folder before checking the SHA256 Hash.
No root cause at this time as no tools were running to check the network traffic.
