Honeypot and sensor nodes seem to have taken upgrade from previous 2.4.20 version just fine. Manager-Search node did not.

Only error of note is from /opt/so/log/salt/master:

Been picking at this for a few hours now. Probably time to ask for help and see if anybody else has ever had this error. Tried to search logs and soup my way out but haven't gotten anywhere. Manually starting most of the services seems to work...but I'm not bright enough to figure out how all this works together. Old school rc scripts and plain /var/log were so much simpler to debug.

After derping off and on for a day, I left for a few hours and tada there is a new hotfix.
Soup has since detected the hotfix for disabled highstate.
Highstate now responds appropriately.
I'm guessing services will start upon boot now.
Nothing to see here, move along.
