Kibana, Elastic Fleet tools (links) return 404 page not found everything else seems ok. This was after an upgrade I think #11904

I am getting 404 Page not found error on Kibana and Elastic Fleet links... This might have been after an upgrade but not sure as before the upgrade it wasnt starting elastic at all in services. now they are all running except suricata and zeek...
Is there a way to resolve? I am new to SO
