Fixed so-dockerregistry not being able to start by running the sudo salt-call state.apply registry command
it showed /opt/so/conf/docker-registry/etc/config.yml was a directory and not a file, so I deleted the dir and reran a highstate
came back clean this time
I ran so-docker-refresh, and the refresh was completed without any errors
