How to keep custom files after update?

Hello,

I've set up Filebeat to meet our specific needs, which I couldn't manage using the Elastic Agent. I've added and modified the necessary files and folders, but I'm facing a problem. When I run everything using the default settings in the 'salt' directory, everything works fine. However, when I try to run my customized settings from the 'local/salt' directory, the Filebeat container fails to start. It appears that it's not recognizing the setup in this directory.
