NIC Replacement/Config

I need to replace both NICs in my stand-alone 2.4.60 setup and was wondering if there is an easy/built-in solution to re-configuring the monitor and management interfaces so that I don't have to do a fresh install?

To clarify as well, I will not be changing the IP address of my management interface (will adjust MAC on my DHCP server). I simply would like to replace the NIC. I've seen lots of traffic on adding a new monitoring device to bond0 in the discussions, but not so much on the management interface side.

I've made my way to '/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections' and see my current management interface configuration. I just don't know what behavior to expect when I swap the NIC out and/or what configuration changes I need to make.
