[Automatically apply filters, groupings, and date ranges] Is it possible to only disallow 'date ranges' from auto refreshing the page?

I like how turning off the Automatically apply filters, groupings, and date ranges option prevents the page from refreshing every time I change something

but is it possible to make that 'date ranges' setting a separate toggle so I can allow everything else (like 'group by') to refresh the page?

That or make jumping between the 2 time/date fields not trigger the refresh.
