Are you following the First Time Users guide? When setup completed, did you get a screen like this? If so, have you tried opening a web browser and connecting to the IP address that you assigned during setup to see if you get a login page like this? |

I followed the user guide
I had to switch to airgap mode.
But I didn't see the installation completed screen and I can't login online
This is what I saw at the end of installation

I'm not sure how setup could have completed without showing you the installation completed screen. When you ran through setup, were you prompted to set an IP address? Can you ping that IP address? |
