I'm getting error while upgrading elastic agnet in security onion

Hello i'm using security onion 2.4.100 as my elastic agent is outdated version i'm trying to upgrade it but it giving the below info in logs

and its not displaying all the logs in discover tab if i execute cat /log-file-path/*.log | grep wc l the output is 54 but in discover tab the total count is 29 only why some logs are getting missed ??how?

Is the machine able to resolve the hostname of security-onion?

Is the machine able to connect to port 8443 on security-onion?

Are there any firewalls or other network devices that may be interfering with the traffic?

Yes i have installed the elastic agent in it that have resolved the hostname and the installation was successful. Now the logs are getting parsed successfully but the upgrade is not happening
