We enabled the Kibana trial (hindsight, we shouldn't have). Once the trial license expired Kibana is no longer accessible in the SOC ('404 page not found' error). Following the instructions listed on this page in an attempt to roll back to a basic elastic license, you're required to enter the password for the elastic user: https://discuss.elastic.co/t/kibana-not-available-after-license-expiration/344641
We do not recall specifying the elastic user password and have tried our OS user passwords and SOC user passwords to no avail. Additionally, the so-elastalert container is showing as missing. We believe this may also be due to the elastic license. We tried to reset the elastic user password via 'sudo so-elastic-auth-password-reset so_elastic' but was never prompted to enter a new password. Backups do not go back to a point before the trial was enabled (Will improve retention config for backups going forward). We did attempt rolling back a week, but the issue persists. Any help is greatly appreciated.
