I believe I found a previous issue similar to mine "FIX: Alerts severity sort order #1741"

The sorting in the alerts page is sorting alphabetically instead of from high to medium to low.

Also I thought once you sorted on the alerts page that it would keep it sorted from how you left it sorted the last time you were on that page. I could just be mistaken on this.
