Web Inaccessible While Services Are Running Normally

I am installing v2.4.120, all services are running but I cannot access the web using the host address I set (can be resolved from my ip to the host I set). I have checked the log of the services:

• nginx (it reports an error (111: Connection refused) while connecting to the upstream)
• elasticsearc (no error)
• sensoroni (sees access)
• so-test has no error
• soup (update packages)
  But I still have not found the error and how to fix it.

Are you able to ping it?

Did you allow your client machine to connect through the Security Onion firewall?

Are there any network firewalls or other devices between your client machine and the Security Onion box that may be interfering with the traffic?
