Security Page In Kibana Displays "Page not found" #14458

Hello, Trying to do some configuration of Elastic and Kibana to do alerting and noticed the "Security" page displays "Page not found." Has anyone come across this or know how to resolve this? I have searched online and I have not seen the issue on any forms or documentation. I figure it has something to do with either the kibana.yml or elasticsearch.yml files for the Docker containers. Any comments, ideas or thoughts are welcomed.
