Default Alert Options

Feature #14348 added the ability to save the toggle settings in the Alerts module, but unless I am missing something it does not save the refresh interval which by default is set to 'Never'. Any chance there could be an option to save a different refresh? Every day I open Alerts and change this setting so that I can leave it open and monitor while I am doing other things. It would be nice if I could just set a default value so that I don't have to change it every time.

Side note: I recently updated from 2.4.80 to 2.4.160 and I love the new features that have been added. Keep up the great work!
