Cannot Access Web Console with different IP Segment

Hi everyone...
im using SO 2.4.160, and now im facing with some problem, i cannot access SO Console from Web Browser with another Segment IP which i'm already add to Firewall list IP in administration menu.

Here is my list ip, i can access from segment 10.xx, but cannot access from segment 12.xx. When i adding another segment of IP, im already restart the SO.

and im also use hostname wether use an ip adress to access SO Web Console.

and im using chromium browser to access SO Web Console. And here is the problem when im access with segmen 12.xx

Did i do something wrong from listing IP address in Firewall list Administration? Or what is the mistake from that? Can you help me how to solve it?

Have you tried to ping the manager from 192.168.12.0/22 network by hostname or IP?

yes, i have done it, ping status was reply from 192.168.12.0/22 netowk to Security Onion manager.
this was the result. my device was on ip 192.168.15.55

What is this set to? SOC > Administration > Configuration > global > url_base

its set into "soc-gi"

Thanks, what is in SOC > Administration > Configuration > firewall > hostgroups > analyst is your allowance added there?

Also, does a traceroute complete?
