How did you create the ISO?

Hi - Got the ISO from SecurityOnion's software download. Tried partitioning a thumb drive with diskpart to no avail and then with RUFUS and NTFS and only get it to boot as far as the image I provided shows. Thanks,

NTFS won't work. I know a lot of people have success with https://www.balena.io/etcher/
