I would like to upgrade to the new version 3.0. When I run SOUP it simply reports that I am already at the latest version despite being at 2.4.211. I can't find anything in the documentation about this so hoping it is a simple fix. Thanks!

did you run soup or soupto3? You should run soup first to check everything is ok, then run soupto3 to perform the actual upgrade
