manifest unknown

Hi,

I upgraded So to 2.3.70. After that, all was working fine. I recently had to restart one of the containers, it fails with the following error.

This could take a while if another Salt job is running.
Run this command with --force to stop all Salt jobs before proceeding.

Error response from daemon: No such container: so-suricata
Error: No such container: so-suricata
[ERROR ] Failed to pull so-main:5000/security-onion-solutions/so-suricata:2.3.70: Error 404: manifest for so-main:5000/security-onion-solutions/so-suricata:2.3.70 not found: manifest unknown: manifest unknown

Some containers still working but if i restart, it will have the same problem. I check with the curl command I got the following error.

I am running in standalone server mode.

I would appreciate it if someone can help me to fix the issue.

I ran so-docker-refresh which solve the problem. I am not sure want was wrong.
