Install Failing from ESXI6 from ISO

I have been trying to install 2.3.91 from ISO on ESXI 6.0 with 16g of mem and 4 cores. 400GB disk

I have tried this install multiple times any help would be great

Also got TheHive Elasticsearch server is not ready; unable to proceed with TheHive init.
