when upgrade from 2.3.110 to 2.3.160 , privileges for .kibana show false , could we update manually ?

when upgrade from 2.3.110 to 2.3.160

and kibana could not update permission on .kibana_7.17.4_100 indice

Could we update .kibana privileges on "has_all_requested: false" and "manage : false" to "true" by command line ?
