feat(scope): Summary of subset of targets

Hello there,
I would like to add the possibility to show dashboard data but only for a selected number of targets within a project.
Let's say I have the following global results :

The idea would be to have a possibility to select targets in the "Targets" tab to click on a button as the following:

What about just adding a filter field with all the targets directly on the general dashboard page of a project ?
