feat(updater): add possibility to update reNgine-ng via webinterface #352

Expected feature
At the moment you need to update via the CLI, which is a bit cumbersome and not everyone is aware of it unless they carefully read the documentation: https://github.com/Security-Tools-Alliance/rengine-ng/blob/master/scripts/update.sh. A way to get notified about an update with a progress bar would be a welcoming feature, making it easier to update.
