Colab Numpy error

Describe the bug
Trying to run the Gesture_Detection_Swift-YOLO_192.ipynb google colab example fails due to mismatch between packages compiled with NumPy 1.x and NumPy 2.x

MMEngine: 0.10.7

Yes, that's why we restricted the NumPy version.
