How can we control the 4-pin fan?

As shown in the circuit diagram below, the RPM signal should be connected to GPIO17, and the PWM signal should be connected to GPIO12. You will need to write your own program to control the fan speed and read the RPM data through these GPIO pins. Specifically, you can adjust the fan speed by controlling the PWM signal and monitor the fan's speed by reading the RPM signal.
