XIAO ESP32S3 works only when connected to my laptop.

Hi,
i have uploaded a code trhough Arduino ide and the code works perfectly, i can see in serial monitor.
If i disconnect the xiao esp32s3 and connect it somewhere else in the house, it happens nothing.
I tried to press the reset button, nothing happens.
I tried to press boot button while powering the xiao esp32s3, it happens nothing.
I disabled the USB CD on Boot
