Keen to Halow but not a C programmer. Any chance the halow board might be usable via upython on the s3 soon?

My ISP does not allow 192.168.4.1, that is my gateway. I have no direct access to my router only a dumb EERO app. How can I change the 192.168.4.1 used in your instructions to something that will work on my router.
