I got this example to work with the Sonoff USB Zigbee 3.0 controller and Zigbee2MQTT.
Only trouble is when HA thinks the LED is On, it's actually Off. And vice versa. I can't see anywhere in the sketch to change this!
Thanks anyway; I'm just getting started.

Edit: Sorted it. Added a ! to the digitalWrite bit. Also made it HIGH in the setup() to start with so it starts Off.

I would be really interesting to have the same example with ESP-IDF.
