The code seems to run fine on the serial monitor, but unfortunately the LED remains off on my board. Any suggestions?

I installed version 1.12.5 or Adafruit_NeoPixel running Arduino IDE 2.3.6.

Hi, please try using the ESP32 board package version 2.0.x, as version 3.0.x may cause issues. If it still doesn't work, feel free to contact our techsupport at [email protected].
