An error occurs in Step 2.
How should I handle this?

  No CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER could be found.

  Tell CMake where to find the compiler by setting either the environment
  variable "CXX" or the CMake cache entry CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER to the full path
  to the compiler, or to the compiler name if it is in the PATH.

This error may be caused by not setting the environment variable mentioned in Step 1. Please run the following command to set it:

export PATH=$HOME/recamera/host-tools/gcc/riscv64-linux-musl-x86_64/bin:$PATH

After that, you can verify whether it's set correctly by running:

riscv64-linux-musl-g++ --version

The environment variables are set correctly, but an error occurs.

$ riscv64-linux-musl-g++ --version
riscv64-linux-musl-g++: command not found
$ riscv64-unknown-linux-musl-g++ --version

If the error you're encountering: No CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER could be found.

1. Install a C++ Compiler: sudo apt install g++ (if Windows)
   2.cmake ..

After installing build-essential, I was able to compile successfully.
