I believe "configurate.sh" should be "configure.sh", several times, and perhaps include "./apps" or "./nuttx" as well in the path to it, or a "cd" to one of these?
it might be worth mentioning there is a bug in nuttx USB serial at present that means some characters are lost on transmit (xaio->host), making nsh and other tools a lot less useful. AFAIK this is not a problem with UART mode.
it would be great to see info on how best to connect wires to (physically) the additional (underneath the board) pads. Would solder-balls work? pogo pins? ... etc. In my case (currently rp2040) I solder the unit onto a baseboard so the under-side pads are not accessible. For me the simple option is perhaps to use very fine enammeled copper wire, but YMMV.
