there is something not said about the SDCARD Shield V4 (I have V4.4)
the shematics are wrong
the VCC pin of the 74LVC125A is connected to 3.3v from the regulator an not connected to 5V
so electrically this board is compatible with the Terasic DE10 Lite but pay attention
to plus the pin of the shield into the right pin of fhe DE10 lite uno connector
plugging it wrongly could damage the shield and the DE10 lite
