Grove - I2C ADC is a 12-bit precision ADC module based on ADC121C021. It helps you increase the accuracy of value collected from analog sensor by providing a constant reference voltage. Because its address is changeable, you can use up to 9 I2C ADC at the same time at most. At the other hand, this module provides auto sleep function which lowers the power consumption considerably.

I have a question regarding the address setting. I want to change it to a different address so that I can use two I2C ADCs. However, I don't understand where to cut. I already tried, but it didn’t work. Would it be possible to see a diagram of the component that shows exactly where to cut?

Hi, We’re sorry we’re currently unable to provide a more detailed diagram. However, to help you change the I2C address of the ADC, please note that there’s a very thin connection trace between the ADR0 and L pads. This trace is located just beneath the blue insulating layer on the PCB surface.

To disconnect this connection, you can simply use a small knife or any sharp tool to carefully cut through the insulation and break the copper trace between ADR0 and L. Once this trace is cut, the address should change accordingly.
