[BUG REPORT] - Abnormal pause when desktop is clicked after setting on windows start after reboot

Description

I'm using a laptop with windows 11 iot ltsc 2024(build 26100).I used a video(mp4,h265) as the wallpaper.
However,I found that the wallpaper pauses when I set the focus on DESKTOP(Yes,desktop only). There is no full-screen program running. This happens after I set the Set on windows start on and have the laptop rebooted.
The version I'm using is v1.3.
I wonder if it's a bug or just normal.

Steps to reproduce

1.Launch Autowall and select a video as the wallpaper.Set the Set on windows start on.
2.Reboot.

Expected behavior

The wallpaper should be played normally.

Actual behavior

The wallpaper paused when I
Clicking any un-full-screen window or taskbar will make the wallpaper work.
Also,the wallpaper doesn't fit in the screen anymore before I set the wallpaper again.
When I've just reached the desktop I also saw the mpv's ui(the play/pause button and the process bar)
