[🚀 Feature]: Rust binding support

Description

I am currently transitioning Node.JS to Rust. And in my project, I used to use selenium-webdriver for Node.JS. But no official support for Rust.

Have you considered any alternatives or workarounds?

Even though there are already libraries for webdriver like thirtyfour, how to use is very different. For instance, thirtyfour does not spawn webdriver inside.

There is no official Rust binding for Selenium but indeed there are community maintained packages like Vrtgs/thirtyfour which looks good. There is also a webdriver library but it is server side.

We do not intend to create a rust implementation at this time
