[🚀 Feature]: [dotnet] Align solution/project with namespace

Description

This is a continuation of #15791 where we raised a topic for confusing project naming.

Seems we can easily do:

• WebDriver.NET.sln -> Selenium.WebDriver.sln
• WebDriver.csproj -> Selenium.WebDriver.csproj

Renaming assembly/namespace is out of scope due to big breaking change.

UPD: The same for tests and support.
