[🐛 Bug]: WebDriver.dll does not copy to output directory

Description

WebDriver.dll does not copy to output directory after build project in Visual Studio 2022.

Reproducible Code

1. Clean up the build output directory
2. Rebuild the project which has already added Selenium.WebDriver as package reference
3. WebDriver.dll does not in the output directory
