[🚀 Feature]: [py] Update Remote tests to use Chrome instead of Firefox

Description

All of the WebDriver Remote tests in the internal Python test suite use Firefox as the browser, and we run our CI remote integration tests against Firefox only.

Firefox represents a small minority of our users. If we are only going to test against 1 Remote browser, it would make much more sense to use Chrome.

Tasks:

• update fixtures and tests to use Chrome for Remote driver
• update ci-python.yml workflow job to use Chrome for remote tests
