Add support for multiple telemetry record types

Refactors the dashboard and backend to support tank, pressure, and engine telemetry records. Introduces a ViewerRecordKind enum, updates TankRecord structure, and enhances JSON parsing and rendering logic to handle multiple record types, relay status, and grouping by site. Improves UI to display new fields and types, and adds utility functions for normalization and formatting.
